Text Alert Privacy
Effective October 19, 2026
Burlington Bocce uses your mobile number, morning/evening preferences, verification records, and consent history to provide the court opening alerts you request.
How information is used
Supabase stores subscription and delivery records. Twilio processes verification codes, outgoing alerts, delivery reports, and unsubscribe replies. We store a salted hash of the requesting IP address to limit verification abuse. Phone numbers are not shown on the public schedule.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate these alerts.
Your choices
Reply STOP to the alert number to stop opening alerts, or use Text alerts on the schedule website. Reply HELP for support. You may continue using the court schedule without subscribing. Subscriptions continue across seasons until canceled.
Records and requests
We retain subscription, consent, suppression, and delivery records to operate the service, respect opt-outs, and address delivery or consent questions. Request access, correction, or deletion at info@burlingtonbocce.com or by replying HELP to the alert number. Limited suppression and consent records may be retained to honor your opt-out and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
